"Noise" - Art Journal Page for WK#12 Mission:Inspiration Art Challenge

Here's my take on this Week #12's art challenge prompt of "Noise". I kind of went off in the opposite direction and decided to do a real paired down minimalist art journal page with as little "noise" in the background and composition.
