Altered Book Cover with Mica Pigment Powders

In this project video I'm turning to an old art journal creation trick and altering the front of an old hardback book to turn into a junk art journal, to decorate the front I’m using some of my Carte Noire art shapes and some mica pigment powders from IndigoBlu called Luscious.
